Not satisfied with having one great Tasmanian sparkler, we had to go and get another! The Kreglinger vineyard was one of the first on the island, and this is a real grown up, serious sparkling with creamy, deep flavours fitting of vintage champgne.

Possibly the finest of Tasmanian sparklers has finally found its way to these shores and is set to be real competition for Kreglinger. Leaner and yeastier than it's rival, it's a delicious aperetif.

This was the first wine produced under Charles Melton's own label, made from Old Shiraz Vines in the Barossa valley. The wine is made in the champagne style, is dominated by red berry fruits and ages well. Great with Turkey
