Amayna, Pinot Noir - 2007
Price: £19.00

Quantity:

Another fantastic wine from the Garces Silva family, this provides an exciting alternative to Kiwi Pinots around the same price. Despite being made from fruit from vines only a few years old, this Pinot displays a heady, funky nose and an almost mocha-like and velvety palate. Serious class that Chile needs to elevate its status in the wine world.

Amayna, Syrah - 2007
Price: £16.50

Quantity:

Highly individual, this Syrah displays rich fruit and spicy notes found in Aussie Shiraz but also an effeminate, perfumed quality noted in the most elegant and famed Syrah from the Northern Rhone.

Indomita, 'Duette' Cabernet Sauvignon/Carmenere - 2008

Another excellent Cabernet/Carmenere blend, this paradox of a wine provides great structure with balance and approachability. Still, I'd love to see it in a couple of years!

Indomita, 'Nostros' Gran Reserva Merlot - 2007

A really great value Merlot, this has a lot of jammy plum notes but with more weight and length than many others.

Indomita, 'Nostros' Reserva Pinot Noir - 2009
